Incident Reporting

NATO Shipping Centre strongly encourages all ships to report any suspicious activity observed during a voyage. These reports are applicable globally--not limited to the Mediterranean Sea--and can be submited to NATO Shipping Centre.

Preferred way to send this report is to fill in and submit the On-line Incident Reporting Form from this page. Alternatively the forms can be downloaded filled in and sent to us either via email info@shipping.nato.int or by fax +44 (0) 1923 956 575.
